This process bundles up many of the governance requirements of ISO19770-1:2017, such as defining a risk assessment framework, specifying operational processes, and drafting a statement of applicability. We have also included some additional extras such as performing a current state assessment and conducting a gap analysis to help you understand where you are now, where you want to be, and how you need to bridge the gap.
