Description
This paper sits at the intersection of three frameworks: the ITAM Accelerate HAM/SAM
Process Kit (44 processes), the Cloud Process Kit (26 processes), and the AI Process Kit (29
processes, canonical RACIU v2.10). All three have been designed with a common
architectural language — process-level RACIU accountability, three lines of defence
governance, ISO management system conventions — which makes a structured comparison
both possible and productive. The goal is to help practitioners in all three disciplines
understand where their governance models align, where they genuinely differ, and what an
integrated operating model looks like in practice.
